What is the MOQ?

Our MOQ is 1 set. We can offer you EXW, FOB and CIF ect. payment terms.

What kind of payment does your company support?

By T/T, 30% down payment clear balancer before delivery or100% L/C at sight, Cash, Western Union are all accepted if you have others payment methor, please feel free to contact with us.

Payment can be made by telegraphic transfer (T/T), with a 30% deposit and the balance to be paid before delivery; or 100% sight letter of credit. If you have other payment methods, such as cash or Western Union remittance, are also acceptable.

How about the delivery time?

It depends on the quantity. Usually, the delivery time for a full container is about 20 - 25 days, and that for LCL (less than container load) is about 3 - 10 days.

Where are you? Can I visit you?

Our factory is in Guangzhou, welcome to visit our factory any time or video calling.

How is your wanrranty?

We do 100% test before the goods packed. If the goods have problems due to our fault, we will provide you with replacement parts free of charge. Our goods warranty is 1 year, except comsumble parts.
